This crunchy AND creamy combo includes traditional waldorf components of tart apples, celery and walnuts, but adds radishes, chickpeas and pecans to the mix. The traditional mayonnaise based dressing also gets a makeover; we replace it with a multifaceted balsamic tahini combo instead.
